At Dsoon, we process orders in 2 working days. All U.S. purchases include free standard shipping within 2 to 3 business days to destinations.

Please note that you're responsible for customs clearance and tariff payments where applicable.

Dsoon ships with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS, etc. for our deliveries.

Orders are processed within 48 hours and are shipped out as soon as possible.

U.S: 2-3 business days. 

Other countries: Express shipping 3~7 days.

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Dsoon as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at [email protected] to make arrangements for reshipment.

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting [email protected]. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.（Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.）
